Fontella and her team help their clients to protect their pay check from unexpected illnesses, long-term disabilities, lawsuits, and premature death, while helping them to become super savers and realize their financial dreams. As a leadership coach, Fontella helps business owners and manager to powerfully lead their teams, create processes, and get their time back by creating a culture of autonomy in their organizations.
Fontella graduated from University of Maryland University College with a BS in Management Studies and has completed the Long Term Care Professional®, Financial Service Certified Professional® and the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designations.
She is the past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Southern Maryland, past board member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Head Center for the Arts. She is the owner of the Bryans Roans Business Center and professional development company Legacy Leadership where she develops leaders and helps build confidence with a high level of accountability.
Fontella is the co-founder of the Gals Lead Club for teen girls, program contributor and facilitator coach for the program. She is the author of “Lean In & Let Go: A Women’s Guide to Creating a Life You Love” and the “Lean In & Let Go Vision Board Workshop”.
Fontella a member of the Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc. and attends Mount Ennon Baptist Church in Clinton. She is the proud mother of Christina and Elliott, and has two grandchildren Chloe and Damon.
